My name is Megan Friedman and welcome to my portfolio. I am an experienced instructional designer and e-Learning developer. I enjoy collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze training needs and create appropriate solutions according to the desired behavior change your business needs. I am ready to jump in and creating engaging courses that will keep your employees focused on the task at hand and involved in the learning experience. 

I'm passionate about both learning and collaboration and my goal is to create courses for your business needs that meet all needs for employee and employer, this includes the knowledge of how to add alternative text to meaningful images and ensure that the color contrast within a course allows for accessibility. It also means that courses will have clear headings, writing will be in styles that are easily read and links will be concise, descriptive and have meaning. Information will be presented sequentially, with key ideas bulleted and video and audio will be captioned, with transcripts provided if needed.
